A hidden gem! Paul’s Fusion Kitchen is absolutely perfect. The food is not only amazing but also fresh. The service is the best I have ever experienced. The waitress constantly checked to ensure we did not need anything and that we enjoyed the food. The general manager also asked, and I saw him overseeing other waitresses' service. They have a see-through kitchen, and everything seems clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is refreshing and relaxing, complemented by the soft background music. We did not have reservations, but luckily, two open spots were available. I recommend making a reservation during peak times, as this restaurant has limited seating. I highly recommend this restaurant. I am surprised not to see more reviews of this fantastic restaurant.

Sky was amazing, ask for her. Such a great little place, hidden gem, super clean, you can tell the food is fresh. Super traditional, great value, bang for the buck. I’m a very picky eater, love to eat “luxury food” and this made the cut. Service was great, waitress was very enthusiastic and just lovely to deal with. They have so many good looking things on the menu it was hard to choose. Will definitely be back. I got the drunken noodle but it was so good I didn’t have thought to take a picture until the end

I had lunch here last weekend and the atmosphere was very nice! The staff was really attentive and gave us great service. As for the food, this restaurant might arguably have the best Tom Yum soup in Tampa. The drunken noodles were divine as well. I highly recommend and I’m literally on my way to pick up take out from them now! 10/10

What a delicious gem in west Tampa area! Greeted by the owner who has an affectously kind disposition. Intimate atmosphere and seating. The food was so tasty! I had shrimp and asparagus, recommended by owner. Clean, seasoned properly, and cooked perfectly. If I lived here, this would be a frequent haunt. Best wishes to the wonderful folks at Paul's Fusion Kitchen.

This place is hands down one of our favorite restaurants in Tampa! If you’re looking for incredible Thai food, look no further – every dish is full of flavor, made with care, and absolutely delicious. But what really sets this restaurant apart is the beautiful family that owns and runs it. They are some of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet – always warm, welcoming, and truly passionate about what they do. Beyond the amazing Thai dishes, they also offer other menu items that are just as thoughtful and well-prepared. You can tell this is a place built on love – for food, for family, and for their guests. It’s one of those hidden gems that more people in Tampa Bay need to discover. Whether you’re a regular or trying it for the first time, you’ll always leave full, happy, and wanting to come back again soon. Highly recommend supporting this wonderful local spot!

I absolutely adore this place! I can’t believe we found this a little place in the corner. It’s never busy here, I wish it was because the food is so authentic and tasteful! It’s family ran and they’re always so friendly here, they greet you with a smile. Prices are not terribly bad. And the restaurant is set up very cute, however, not many tables are inside. If you get their coffee, it is very very strong! Their veggie spring rolls are one of the best things on the menu! But you really can’t go wrong with any item on the menu.

My boyfriend took me here and we were both seriously impressed. We had the tuna appetizer, onion soup, and red curry duck. Everything was super fresh. The tuna might taste light to some people, but I think that’s on purpose so you really taste the fish. It was lightly torched and paired with their special wasabi sauce, it’s so good! The duck was tender with no bones or extra fat, which is rare. We can handle spice pretty well, but even the “hot” level was at the edge for me. The curry was rich and you could taste all the ingredients clearly. The Thai iced tea and coffee were great too, not too sweet, and maybe with a tiny herbal note that made them extra special. Also, the little bread they serve was amazing!! Warm, crispy outside and soft inside. Cozy vibe and really thoughtful service. Honestly feels like it could be Michelin-recommended. Definitely coming back
